An intuitive interface lets you view stock and forecast for each product at each location, while summary cards help you assess how well your inventory is balanced.

Who is the app built for?

BeeBalanced is built for Shopify users that manage inventory across multiple locations.

How accurate is the sales forecasting for products?

Forecasted sales estimate future demand using order data, with precise weighting based on how recently each product was sold. Days when a product was out of stock are ignored so the forecast is not affected by stock unavailability.

Can I edit or undo transfers after they're created?

Yes. Transfers are created as drafts in Shopify which can be deleted, reviewed, or edited before submission.

Can I choose which products or locations are included in the transfers?

Yes. Filters allow you to generate transfers for selected products and locations. Specific routes can even be excluded.

What is “Depletion” on the inventory table?

Sorting by “Depletion” shows which products are expected to run out soonest based on stock and forecasted sales. This can help prioritize which products need attention first.

What happens if I have more SKUs than my plan allows?

If your store exceeds a plan’s SKU limit, the app will ask you to upgrade your plan to continue using the ‘Export CSV’ and ‘Create Transfers’ features.

Does the app work with all Shopify plans?

Yes.

How often is my data synced?

Updates are received through Shopify webhooks, so most changes appear within seconds. There is also a manual sync tool to help refresh and reconcile store data if needed.
